Struggles and Pain Points are Opportunities

Your Pain Points are Opportunities

Your Breakthrough Pain Points

Your 'why', your intention, becomes a powerful source of energy as you create change that drives discovery and fosters growth. When you answer that question, you set an overall intention for this reading of the Untethered Soul.

You'll use your Breakthrough Pain Point as a reference to make our techniques and work have immediate, practical value. We are not hoping for change, we are actively working on ourselves to be more open, patient and powerful in handling our growth experiences.

This assignment is designed to help you prepare for Living and Working with The Untethered Soul.

Take a few quiet minutes to reflect as you answer. Don’t get hung up on details or try to be “exact.” Simply write what feels true for you right now. Your focus may shift as we move through the course, and that’s completely natural.

Think of this as planting a seed of intention. By naming your current struggle and the growth you seek, you begin to create the energy for transformation. This is a note to yourself.

Some helping prompts:

1. Your Breakthrough Pain Point

  • What is a current struggle, challenge, or “stuck place” in your life that feels persistent?
  • How does this struggle tend to show up in your emotions, thoughts, or daily habits?
  • Why does this challenge matter to you at this moment in your life?

2. Your “Why” – Source of Energy

  • What would you like to be different in your life experience when you finish this course?
  • What motivates you to do this inner work now?
  • How do you hope this process will support your growth or healing?

3. Vision & Intention

  • Imagine yourself at the end of the course:
  • What do you hope has shifted inside you?
  • How might your awareness or capacity to meet challenges be different?
  • From that vision, write a short intention statement for this journey.
  • Example: “My intention is to release the self-doubt that limits me” or “My intention is to grow in patience with myself and others.”
